Once-A-Day Country Faith is a beautiful compilation by
Deborah Evans featuring 56 country music artists. Each musician shares his or
her favorite scripture along with a few thoughts on that scripture. A lovely
photograph of the artist also accompanies each scripture. It really was
touching to read how much faith plays such a role in so many of their lives.
I think any fan of country music would be blessed to read
through these artists’ reflections. They were not only earnest, but they were
also inspiring. You can tell that some of them came from a strong background of
faith. It was also interesting to read that many of them shared the same
favorite Scripture verse. I was particularly touched by Lorrie Morgan’s reflections.
The book’s design itself is very appealing. It is a sturdy
hardcover with glossy pages. I think it would be a thoughtful gift for the
Country Music Fan in your life.
